Bill Dunn is the Managing Director of Perpetuate Capital where he helps business owners expand their impact through growth capital and transition financing. Bill previously worked in ESOP transaction advisory as a Senior Associate at Prairie Capital Advisors. He also has experience in private equity as an Associate with Resource Land Holdings. Bill began his career in M&A advisory as an Analyst at Lazard. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
