This webinar is targeted at larger organizations who are interested in saving time and money.  One efficiency that is easy to implement, saves trees and provides ongoing business benefits is reducing the time and waste that working with paper processes involve.  This webinar will demonstrate 7 different ways paper and electronic documents can be added to a central repository where they can be kept secure, version controlled and fully searchable.  Once they are properly stored they can easily be put into document workflows for approval and even capture an electronic signature from inside or outside of your organization. Organized documents will make your organization compliant allowing the documents to be scheduled for archival or even deletion  This webinar will be 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes left for questions.
 
Presenter Kevin McArthur, has been taking organizations, buried in paper, to a paperless environment for 20 years.  In addition to his degree from Texas A&M University he is a CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architect).  Kevin has worked with both large and small organizations to help them streamline their document based processes.
 
Relative to the benefits of going paperless the International Data Corporation (IDC) a provider of market intelligence reports as follows: 
“In one study, line of business executives and managers estimated that fully automating their document-driven business processes would yield 36% increase in revenue, 30% cost reduction and 23% reduction in risk. Other studies point to more than a 30% reduction in time spent on document-intensive processes, 30%-40% reduction in errors and 25%-30% productivity increases, depending on the specific functional area and process.”
