This course introduces the concepts of fraud investigations with an emphasis on the interview process and how investigations differ from audits. In this presentation, we will discuss various topics, such as the types of witnesses to interview, the order to interview them, and why the process is so important. We will also discuss how to spot deception, dealing with obstacles, and possible objections by witnesses.
